House Helios was built in 2006.

The house has a warehouse and offices, a tavern with kitchen / catering to hotel guests only, sauna and jacuzzi single room with shower. The total area of the property is 816 sq.m and unfolded surface of the house is 700 sq.m. Building spot is drawn on the back and the front has a large green yard with a barbecue and garage. The house was built in traditional style and swim all the requirements of modern construction. Located in the ski area of the city, 5 minutes walk from the starting station cabin.
